West Virginia Congressional District Historical Maps

For starters, a big thank you goes out to DS, his anonymous friend, WVPDA and an anonymous reference librarian for providing historical maps. (I could still use the 1980 redistricting map... unless it's identical to the 1990 one.)

as much on the music. Those were just the ones I knew off the top of my head.

I'll admit publicly that I couldn't remember the name of the BeeGees song until I ran through the lyrics mentally to the chorus. Yes, I knew all the lyrics.
