I kept dozing off during McCain's speech. But I really wanted to check out the whole convention. Then I turned the sound off and flipped on the "hearing impaired" titles, I found that I could actually stay awake.

After watching that way awhile I realized that with the right laugh track, their entire doo-dah looked a lot like something from my distant TV past...

One Citizen :: Cue the laugh track
Hee Haw, McCain, Palin, Joan of Snark, Cornvenshun

I can almost hear Raisin' McCain playin' in my ears rat now!

HONEY! Where'd you put the TV BRICK?!

HeeHaw (4.00 / 1)
I always enjoyed HeeHaw.

The GOP convention, not so much although it had enough miscues that it was pretty funny in it's own way.

Maybe they screwed up so often because (4.00 / 1)
they were running out of money.

It's got to be tough for them to make payroll after McCain's fave bank went belly up.
