Who: Anne Barth supporters

What: The Final Honk and Wave

When: Monday, November 3
Time: 4:45-6PM(maybe later).

Where: West Side of Charleston, by the I-64 bridge, between Hampton Inn and WSAZ/WOWK studios.

Why: To get Shelley Moore Capito out of Congress and Anne Barth in. Also, to get our troops out of Iraq.

You don't have to be there exactly at 4:45PM.

What's important is that you show up.
