Family serving in State are not happy (4.00 / 1)

The career diplomats do not want to be pawns in the Clinton drama again. Now let's see who gets to staff all those Undersecretary for XXXXX positions. The White House Counsel had State experience at policy planning, and that is why he is in the WH.

The have until 20JAN09 to fix this. Byrd is always against "a fix" as he was in 1973. How can the Constitution be massaged this way?

In 1993 Bubba wanted Bentson in his Cabinet, so Poppa Bush helped him out there by signing another "fix" in SJ Res 1.
