Rep. Foxx (R-NC) is a retired English teacher who now represents the Winston-Salem/ Mount Airy district. She reportedly was autographing teabags at the Michelle Bachmann/ Dick Armey/ FoxNews astroturf extraveganza in D.C. on Wednesday.
