I don't know how deep the snow is now - it was 18 inches earlier - but I just went out to sweep the snow off the satellite dish (the state's official flower, if I recall correctly) and only my German shepherd's head was visible after she jumped off the deck.

The voice of Luanne, Brittany Murphy, on King of the Hill is gone. People my kids age just aren't supposed to die, no matter what flaws they had as young adults.
