Can we now put to rest Steve Roberts' and the W.Va. GOP's accusations that Byrd isn't writing his columns?

He was spelling it out for Don, huh? (4.00 / 2)
Don was full of spin adn very well rehearsed by MEE lawyers

120 rules beyond MSHA requirements
Ventilation systems approved are only the kind MSHA wants

I was expecting the kind of questions from Harkin and Byrd. I remember the Sago hearings this committee had. No GOP ?s for Cecil or Don this afternoon?

Joe Main, What else could we have done here?  Maybe shut the mine down.

Why does he keep spelling w-o-r-d-s?
