Anne Barth!

My hope is when Gov. Joe Manchin makes his official announcement Friday afternoon, it's going to be to name Anne Barth, Senator Byrd's long time staffer, to serve as senator in the interim until a new senator is elected.

She's well qualified to serve in the interim as a senator. She's a highly capable staffer and she understands how and where and why Senator Byrd stood on the issues.
