GOP wants to destroy Medicare

Republican Rep. Paul Ryan, a good friend of WV-02's Shelley Moore Capito's on Capitol Hill, wants to destroy Medicare in order to "save it." Republicans ran in 2010 in getting the government out of people's Medicare, and now they want to make elderly, sick people go out and shop for their own plans.
