Lincoln Walks at Midnight

Mr. Messina and I messaged about hashtags this AM. I think he gets it.

So look at this, a hearing about the new congressional districts, that are, surprise, surprise, compact.

Glad to give up the title of "widest district east of the Mississippi River". The DeLay games have begun. Remember to bring good cheese for all the whine.

Shelley could buy a house on a golf course (4.00 / 1)
near White Sulphur Springs. That would make her as popular with Rep. Boehner as evah, and she would still be in WV-02. Shudder.

Then, instead of a Chick Magnet, Daddy's little girl can ride to work in luxury.

And Shelley, your sorority sisters want you to put on your big girls pants, and stop the whine. You sound like a frosh pledge. SCOTUS gave your mentor Hot Tub Tom and his Texas allies free hand at the Texas redistricting. Twice. There is not enough cheese in this party. The cows are too hot.

Oh, and just forget that Mr. Delay was convicted of something, like your Daddy. Tomorrow is another day.

How did WSS get to be in 2? (0.00 / 0)
Unger running for Congress, shudder!!  He's a minister?  What happened to law school?

Democrats usually do in fellow Democrats that have strayed from leadership positions or committed some sort of infraction.

Unger burned too many DCCC bridges IMHO. (1.00 / 1)
His wife is at the edge of my oldest daughter's circle of friends, friend of a friend, bridesmaids overlap.

Looking at the prelim CD map by the Senate, WV02 hugs the VA border about 3 counties wide all the way down to Greenbier and Fayette. It goes west to include Prescott, but not Mon & Marion.

Did Unger marry Kim? (0.00 / 0)
I don't want to be in 02, I'm not crazy about Rahall, but 02?????  SMC would have huge support in Greenbrier Co.

Well it's the Mason Co swap plan (0.00 / 0)
Sen. Unger married Cara S., not the Kim S. on his staff.

Unger much younger (0.00 / 0)
than us, he deserves a younger wife and Cara is a nice person and gives John a hard time, I think that is the key to a successful marriage not that I've ever had one....he he he...

Good for her and for him. He looked pretty (0.00 / 0)
