I always thought it was a mistake for congress not to make a show of force and lock up an Bush administration member in the Capitol basement for contempt when they didn't agree to testify under oath.

That would be a good reminder of the co-equal stuff.

I think it's still on its last legs (4.00 / 1)

but it's been pretty sick for longer than Bobby Byrd was.

This week I read Deer Hunting with Jesus, which I had been putting off for a while because I knew it would depress me, and then the current New Yorker article on Michelle Bachmann.  I don't recommend doing that.  The DFA commercial is a bright spot, though.
