I've been asking (4.00 / 1)
myself this question for awhile.  We need a more diverse economy, because some people still ive an absurd fantasy that coal will be here forever.  They might get lucky with some jobs from Marcellus shale drilling/fracking... but thats  all i can think of.  

What SHOULD WV do? (0.00 / 0)
Now that there is no coal left in WV, what can or should WV do to PROTECT jobs?
