Court overturns WV's redistricting plan

Anyone have pictures of the other options? (4.00 / 2)

It would be interesting to see what these other proposed maps look like, especially the ones that the court specifically likes - i.e. the "Perfect Plan" and McCabe/Cooper Plan 3.

Big Victory for our Senatorial Delegation (0.00 / 0)

Both John Unger and Herb Snyder championed a new approach to the congressional redistricting plan knowing that as it is was unconstitutional its good to see them proven correct on this.  Thornton Cooper has been at the forefront of this issue for over twenty years and has finally received some validation on his quest for more fair and equitable boundaries.  The main jist of any redrawing would be to have the two panhandles especially Morgantown and Martinsburg joined together to form a powerhouse district which represents the economic future of our state.  I am so glad that this decision was made but hopefully won't delay any legislative action in the upcoming session.
