West Virginia Blue
The Best Blogging Community in West Virginia Democratic politics, progressive policies, the good life and free living in Wild, Wonderful West Virginia.
West Virginia Blue is your home for Democratic politics, progressive policies, the good life and free living in Wild, Wonderful West Virginia. We are dedicated to high-lighting the work of West Virginia bloggers and fighting for progressive causes that benefit all of us here in West Virginia.
We are an all-volunteer effort. Site content may be used for any purpose without explicit permission unless otherwise specified. The views expressed at West Virginia Blue belong soley to their respective authors.
This site exists thanks to financial support from BlogPAC, the tireless efforts of volunteer contributors and continued participation from this community. The small amount of money received from advertising and donations are used to cover the modest monthly expenses of the blog. In 2008, we were also fortunate to raise enough money to help send two bloggers to cover the Democratic National Convention in Denver, Colorado, to help send a blogger to Netroots Nation, and to help cover expenses of bloggers to cover multiple campaign events within West Virginia during the final weeks of the campaign.
West Virginia Blue is not affiliated with the Democratic National Committee, the W.Va. Democratic Party, any other political organization or candidate committee. We welcome diverse viewpoints--partisan or non-partisan--to discuss progressive issues, W.Va., national politics and public policy.
